A strathspey dance tune discovered in a 19th century book of Scottish fiddle music. It has now been arranged with added harmonies, counter-melodies and beats. Some of the drums are deliberately mis-timed to mimic the randomness of seasonal guns being fired at gamebirds in that highland landscape.
